In 2014 Aisling opened her award-winning café, WB’S Coffee House in the heart of Sligo Town and adjacent to the famous W.B. Yeats Statue, from where the café got its name. While running her busy Café, Aisling decided to expand the business. She opened the Sligo Oyster Experience and Oyster Bar at her Café to offer a unique experience to tourists and locals alike.
